Quotes provided by Glacier Chillers are valid for thirty days from the date of issue. Pricing is based on the information available at the time of quoting and may change if project requirements are altered.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order. Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.

Glacier Chillers products include the following warranty cover:
Warranty applies to manufacturing faults only and does not cover misuse, improper installation, accidental damage or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
Glacier Chillers does not provide installation services. All chillers must be installed by a qualified external professional. Incorrect installation or failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines may void the warranty.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Glacier Chillers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or damage arising from the use of its products. This includes any loss or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, inadequate maintenance or external environmental factors.
Glacier Chillers is not responsible for any loss, damage or performance issues resulting from installation carried out by an external contractor or by any person who is not appropriately qualified.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Glacier Chillers does not currently offer a formal cancellation or refund policy for change of mind. Refund requests are considered on a case by case basis and will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled through the courts of New South Wales.
